Toolkit Vol 04: Summer Product Releases and Updates

Introducing a new payment method, way to visualise your product availability, and more.

In the latest edition of our product roundup, we’re introducing:

  • A way to save on transaction fees while better enabling group/corporate bookings

  • Tools to optimise your inventory and convert enquiries faster

  • Controls to save time managing on and off-sale and maximise revenue

Bank Transfers

Your customers can now pay via bank transfer post-booking

The Problem:

  • It’s challenging to reduce fees and increase margins when customers are only given the option to pay with credit card.

  • Some corporate bookings require invoices to be approved by an internal finance team before they can pay.

The Solution:

Save on transaction fees: Bank Transfers have lower fees than credit cards and are available in more locations than instant-bank transfer

Provide invoice status updates: Customers can download an invoice if they choose, and you can view updates as payment status changes (awaiting payment, payment received etc)

Better enable corporate bookings: It’s now easier to convert bookings that require an approved invoice before paying

Availability View

See a timeline view of all products and variants by day, in their respective time zones, with time slot capacity

The Problem:

  • It’s challenging to visualise or find availability when you have experiences that start multiple times per week or per day.

  • If a customer submits an enquiry for multiple products (ex. Tickets, accommodations, and transportation), you have to check availability of each item individually.

The Solution:

Single product view: Get a live, granular view of the availability and capacity of your products

Convert enquiries faster: Make it easier to slot in inbound requests when you can clearly see availability and capacity of your products

Increase revenue: Leave less inventory on the table and maximise the inventory you have

Online Booking Window

Pre-set the dates your experiences go live and are available to purchase online

The Problem:

  • There’s a need to automatically set on and off sale dates to manage things like pricing tiers and operational down-time before an experience starts.

  • You may want to prioritise stock for large group bookings, limiting instant online bookings to the week prior.

The Solution:

Control advance bookings: You can determine when and for how long your experiences go on sale

Remove manual inventory management: Easily control how much inventory is available online, without having to manually hide variants or leave products unpublished.

Incentivise earlier bookings: Setting ticket tiers incentivises customers to jump on tickets early to secure the best price.
